How to Buy:

 
  1. Browse the different categories of jewelry to find the designs you like. Make note of the style name and description (decide what stones, size, etc. you want).
  2. Use the Special Order link to send an order and/or inquire about availability.
  3. If a piece is in stock, you will send payment via certified check, personal check, wire transfer, or Visa/Mastercard (details provided by fax or email) and the order will be shipped registered and insured immediately after it clears the bank. Within the US, this will take approximately 1 week for delivery.
  4. To start a custom order, a 50% down payment may be sent upon acceptance of the order. After payment clears the bank, the order will be started. We will notify you of expected turnaround time.
  5. When the special order is finished, you will send the balance due, and when payment clears, we will ship the order to you.
 

Terms and Conditions:

 
  1. Sales within California are subject to regional sales tax (varies depending on shipping address zip code).  Your invoice will show the tax due. Out of state orders are not subject to regional sales tax.
  2. All orders are subject to shipping and insurance charges, which vary depending on location. We will notify you about the amount due.
  3. On purchase of in-stock items, you will have a 7-day grace period, from the date of receipt, for returns. We will refund the purchase price, including tax and shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee, providing the item is returned in unworn, original condition.
  4. We will not refund your money if the piece is returned damaged, or if it is lost in shipping (please return the item registered and insured via US post, or insured with overnight carrier).
  5. Custom order deposits are not refundable once work has commenced, even if the order is cancelled for any reason. If a custom order is paid in full and shipped, it is not returnable. Custom order sales are final.
  6. Custom order prices are estimates and may be plus or minus 20% of quoted price.
  7. Manufacturers defects will be repaired at no charge, or the piece will be replaced. Customer alterations will be charged at $80/hour (buyer pays all shipping charges).
  8. Buyer agrees not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of Carolyn Tyler designs (ie: will not copy/cast or otherwise make reproductions).
  9. Any legal disputes arising out of transactions with Carolyn Tyler Jewelry shall be addressed and settled in the county of Santa Barbara, California.
  10. By ordering, buyer is declaring that they have read and accept the terms and conditions above.
